Ken Wadley

Ken Wadley started playing the piano when he was four years old. His grandmother, with whom he spent much time, played the piano by ear. She recalled Ken saying, “Grandma, I think I can do that too!,” And he did! Ken would play the hymns that we would sing in church every Sunday. At age 9, Ken started playing piano regularly in church for congregational singing. In high school, Ken played piano with the jazz band as well as for a number of gospel quartets. Shortly after graduating from high school in 1989, Ken went on tour with a gospel quartet from North Carolina. After a month on the road, Ken decided it wasn't for him and moved back home to Jonesboro, Arkansas. There he began work in the recording studio as an engineer and studio musician. His first piano CD was released in 1992. Over the years, Ken Wadley has earned a reputation as a world-class solo pianist and vocal accompanist. His work can be heard on more than 50 albums. Ken currently lives in Holland, Michigan. His latest solo piano CD entitled "Testimony" is a fresh interpretation of many great hymns of the faith. Ken signed with Rob Witteveen as his manager in late 2007.
